Privacy Policy

This website, ramtunes.ph (the “Site”), is the personal artist information page of Ramon F. Tenorio Jr. (“RAM”, “I”, “me”). RAMTUNES is my artist name and brand. The Site presents information about me and my work in the music industry. Nothing is sold and no payments or transactions take place on this Site. Bookings and paid work are handled and invoiced separately by POMM Production Services (pomm.ph), which has its own privacy policy.

This policy explains what personal data the Site collects, why, and your rights under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

1. Who is responsible

Ramon F. Tenorio Jr., Iloilo City, Philippines, is the personal information controller for data collected through this Site. Contact: hello@ramtunes.ph.

2. What the Site collects and why

Contact form

If you send a message through the contact form, the details you enter (name, email address, the topic you select and your message) are transmitted to me through Formspree (formspree.io), a form-processing service, and delivered to my email inbox. I use them only to read and reply to your message. Legal basis: your consent and, where you ask about a project, steps taken at your request.

If you subscribe, your email address is stored with MailerLite (mailerlite.com), the email service I use to send occasional updates about new music and releases. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. Legal basis: your consent.

Analytics

The Site uses Google Analytics (property G-9C3B8ZBGEX), provided by Google, to understand how visitors use the Site (for example pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type). Google Analytics sets cookies (such as _ga) in your browser. I use this information only in aggregate to improve the Site. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating and improving the Site; you can block or delete cookies in your browser or use Google’s opt-out browser add-on.

Embedded players and fonts

The Site embeds third-party content: YouTube videos (loaded only when you press play, via youtube-nocookie.com), a Spotify playlist and a DropCue music player (loaded when you scroll near them). Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When this content loads, your browser connects to those providers, which may receive your IP address and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

Private catalog page

The Site has an unlisted, access-code-protected catalog page for invited music professionals. If you enter a valid code, a single functional cookie (rt_catalog) keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It contains no personal data and is not used for tracking.

Server logs

Like any website, the Site’s web host automatically records technical data such as IP address, date and time and the page requested, for security and operation.

I do not collect payment details, I do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and I do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

3. Sharing

Personal data is shared only with the service providers named above (Formspree, MailerLite, Google, the embedded players and the web host), to the extent needed to provide their service. If your enquiry is about a booking or paid project, I may pass it to POMM Production Services so they can respond and prepare a quotation or contract. I may also disclose data where required by law or a lawful order. Some providers process data outside the Philippines; I rely on their published safeguards.

4. How long data is kept

Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any follow-up, then deleted or archived. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to Google Analytics retention settings.

5. Security

I take reasonable organisational and technical measures to protect personal data and use reputable providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you have the right to be informed, to access, to object, to erasure or blocking, to rectification, to data portability, and to damages, and you may lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (privacy.gov.ph). 7. Children

The Site is not directed at children, and I do not knowingly collect personal data from them.

8. Links to other sites

The Site links to third-party websites (for example POMM, social media and streaming platforms). Their privacy practices are their own.

9. Changes

I may update this policy; the date above shows the latest version.
